Adds a state reducer for removing display instances. This is used in Quick Screens in order to trigger the application to reload the display instance from local storage again. This solves the issue of, when editing a loaded quick screen and saving under a new name, the unsaved changes persist in the original loaded file.
Test with branch quick-screen-duplicate-writing in Daedalus.
