de/notify.yml, so the notify skill is available in German, e.g. "Lies meine Benachrichtigungen vor", "Habe ich neue Nachrichten?" and "Wie lautet meine Benachrichtigung?" (the last one is the existing German sentence example). Also fixes a typo inde/calculator_operators.yml("prudukt" → "produkt").The timer and calculator skills are still unavailable in German, because they need a
