On the Doctorina deployment this clause hard-routes
transcribe the callstyle requests into a browser-automation flow instead of the canonical Recall meeting-notetaker flow. It cannot be cleanly overridden via plugin/config (registerToolMetadatais catalog-display only;registerTrustedToolPolicyis params only), so the fix is at source.Scope
