Bumps swarmit.__version__ to 0.11.0. After merge, tag 0.11.0 on main; the release job publishes the PyPI package plus the bootloader (dotbot-v2, dotbot-v3, nrf5340dk), netcore, mari gateway and per-schedule gateway net images, the same set 0.10.1 shipped.

BREAKING - flash bootloader and network core together, by cable. #171 moves LH2 positions onto the pinhole camera point and changes the wire format:

• The LH2 calibration message is now id 0xA3 (84-byte layout), the device-info report is version 3, and the config-page magic is SWRO.
• Calibrations are schema 3. Schema-2 calibration files must be re-solved; they are not read.
• There is no compatibility with older images. A robot on old firmware ignores new calibrations, and a new gateway or controller ignores old robots' reports.

Rollout order:

1. Cable-flash every robot with dotbot device flash swarmit-sandbox (bootloader and netcore are one image set and must come from the same release).
2. Only then upgrade the host (swarmit 0.11.0, and the PyDotBot release that requires it) and push new schema-3 calibrations.
3. Apps flash over the air afterwards as usual. Do not push apps first: bootloaders need a cable, and a new app on an old bootloader is hard to recover remotely.
