Add basic CI #10

I would start with something simple. Basic features:

• Minimal format checking (i.e. PEP8) -> Add Linting #14
• Automation of packaging and distribution -> Distribute package via PyPI #19
• Automation of setting version from tags -> Package the project #20
• Minimal testing (probably without YAC and in an uncoupled setup because this would be quite involved) -> CI: Minimal Testing #15
