The previous
mainrun did not fail a BIMRI assertion. Windows/Python 3.8 completed all 255 tests successfully in 1,720.652 seconds, then the job-level 30-minute timeout cancelled the benchmark step and left the repository badge red.Change
This adds headroom for slower hosted Windows runners without weakening any test or performance gate.
