Summary

Routine dependency update run (default scope: security + patch/minor). The
dependency inventory turned up exactly one outdated package, no security
advisories, and no retired packages — so this is a single-package, low-risk
update.

Package Current Target Class Notes
dialyxir 1.4.7 1.4.8 safe (dev/test only) Adds OTP 28 warning support (:exact_compare, :opaque_compare, :opaque_union); fixes line/column matching for warning ignores. No call sites in this repo touch the changed behavior.

No majors were pending and nothing was blocked.

Verification

mix precommit is not defined in this repo, so I ran the equivalent gate this
project's CI (.github/workflows/ci.yml) actually enforces, all green:

  • mix deps.unlock --check-unused
  • mix deps.compile
  • mix compile --warnings-as-errors
  • mix credo --strict --format=oneline
  • mix test --warnings-as-errors --cover (150 passed, 93.40% coverage, above the 90% threshold)
  • mix format --check-formatted

Test plan

  • CI-equivalent checks above pass locally
  • CI on this PR (matrix across Elixir/OTP versions) confirms

Dev/test-only tool update within its existing ~> 1.4 constraint. Adds
support for OTP 28 warnings (:exact_compare, :opaque_compare,
:opaque_union) and fixes line/column matching for warning ignores.
No call-site changes needed.
