Digest bump for FerrLabs/.github (5ff5438 → 9de9605), used by pr-title.yml and security-scan.yml.
The only commit in that range (#339) drops the renovate workflow/self-check and touches renovate.yml, renovate-rebase.yml, renovate-selfcheck.yml, reusable-renovate-dispatch.yml, reusable-ferrflow-release.yml and default.json. It does not touch reusable-pr-title.yml or reusable-security-scan.yml, the two reusable workflows this repo actually calls. No effect here.
All 16 checks are green, including "PR title / Conventional commits" and the "Secrets + CVE" jobs, which exercise both affected callers directly.
