Adds a CI check that compiles the Solidity samples of pages changed in a PR.
How it works: scripts/compile-samples.py extracts every ```solidity block from the changed .mdx files. Complete contracts compile strict and FAIL the check on any error. Fragments are wrapped in a scaffold and only WARN: they depend on page context the scaffold cannot supply, so they surface in the log without blocking the PR. Skipped entirely: blocks with ellipsis placeholders, 'Before' fences documenting removed APIs, anti-example fences, truncated fragments, and blocks importing packages the check does not provision (only @fhenixprotocol/cofhe-contracts at the version compatibility.mdx documents is installed).
v1 skips TypeScript blocks.
Validated by a full-site run over 96 pages: it found 6 genuinely broken samples (fixed in #104) and 1 more already fixed in #103. decryption-operations.mdx stays on the page skip-list until #103 merges.
