docs: show AI sidebar subpages only within AI

What does this PR do?

Groups Models, Build an AI chatbot and Audio transcription beneath AI as nested links. Shows those links only while viewing the AI reference or one of its subpages, so unrelated namespaces retain a compact navigation list.

Uses the existing Liquid layout and sidebar styles without introducing JavaScript. This is a sidebar-only follow-up to the merged documentation update in #313.

Result

• Actual Liquid rendering passed for all four AI pages and four unrelated paths, including a similarly prefixed non-AI path.
• Verified the nested link hierarchy and preservation of existing namespace peers.
• Production SCSS compilation and git diff --check passed.
• Desktop screenshots at 1366px and mobile screenshots at 390px reviewed: AI subpages are indented and grouped; Analytics has no AI subpage links.
• The existing AI documentation suites also passed: 162 tests, zero failures.

Author concerns

Visual verification used the actual Liquid navigation fragment and production styles in local fixtures. A full deployed Jekyll-site walkthrough remains unverified. The targeted checks are temporary local scripts; no new test framework or dependencies were added.
