Speed dial entries cached the contact's display name at the time they were assigned, so renaming the contact afterward left the stale name shown in Manage Speed Dial. Re-match each speed dial entry to its contact by number when the contact list loads and update the display name if it changed. Fixes FossifyOrg#856
