净增量） E01：event_history 等的整数参数进入 SQL 前经 _integer 校验（bool 排除＋ 上界）；E02：review 校验 note 类型；E03：grant 名单校验（#1153 已合的 item.strip() 非空口径**保留**——_parse_grant 与 _grant_names 融合时以 强口径为准，[" "] 空白项不放行）。 净增量镜像自 PR #1149（zhtty67-rgb）：其分支基线 3552ec3 落后 main 2 笔 直接合并会回退 #1146/#1147，故 3way 摘取重放；融合点＝#1153 强口径保留。 守卫 test_issue1107_structure_service_validation（13 条）＋#1132/#1146/ structure_writer 邻接 32 passed；#1133/#1134/#1115 回归 16 passed。
Linux CI 红＝#1149 守卫是脚本式（pytest 收集 0 件、未列 SCRIPT_TESTS， test_gate_coverage 判「两条腿都没走到」）。修法：包 test_ 入口进程内直调 _run_assertions()（断言组 24 检查），与 python -X utf8 直跑同判据。

修复 lingshu #1107 的三处启动校验缺口（E01/E02/E03），净增量镜像自 PR #1149（@zhtty67-rgb）：
event_history等入口的整数参数进入 SQL 前经新增_integer校验（bool 排除＋上界）——limit=2.5不再谎报StorageError。review校验note类型——note=None不再以NOT NULL constraint failed冒充存储故障。_parse_grant：identity 前缀/subject 等/名单列表逐项）——与已合 fix(core): 服务启动时拒绝会拆分授权的字符串名单（lingshu #1132，镜像 #1132 净增量） #1153 的item.strip()强口径融合（[" "]空白项不放行）。镜像说明：#1149 分支基线 3552ec3 落后 main 2 笔（#1146/#1147），直接合并会回退已合工作——按 3way 摘取重放，融合点以强口径为准。
Tests
tests/test_issue1107_structure_service_validation.py（13 条，来自 fix(core): structure_service 输入校验收口——参数类型错误不再谎报 StorageError #1149 原样）＋test_structure_grant_arrays（fix(core): 服务启动时拒绝会拆分授权的字符串名单（lingshu #1132，镜像 #1132 净增量） #1153 守卫，strip 口径回归）—— 32 passed（融合分支）。_integer闸与 strip 融合口径的弱化均被守卫钉（test_malformed_grant参数化 10 例）。test_structure_read_deadline（fix(core): 结构写服务整帧读取共享超时预算（lingshu #1139，镜像 #1140 净增量） #1146 保持）/test_structure_writer/test_issue712⇒ 19 passed；#1133/#1134与#1115/#1116回归 16 passed。tools/verify_manifest.py --strict64/64，exit 0。
