Summary
修复 lingshu bounty 台账 #1960：
hexgen_multi_seed --gen（只生成模式）在打印报告第④行时er未定义抛UnboundLocalError且 JSON 报告一字节不写——已渲染成果全丢。修法（PR #1127 净增量原样）：打印行缩进回到量测块内。镜像说明：净增量来自 PR #1127（@zhtty67-rgb 修法与守卫原样）；其分支基线 9a47775 落后 main 多批直接合并会回退已合工作，故摘单文件净增量重放。
Tests
tests/test_issue1960_multi_seed_gen_only.py（3 条，来自 fix: hexgen_multi_seed 第④行缩进归位到量测块内，--gen 只生成不再崩（Fixes dsh-bounty #1960） #1127 原样）—— 3 passed（镜像分支）；基线（合并前 main）2 failed / 1 passed ⇒ 鉴别力。test_issue1958/test_bounty1961/test_issue1957（bounty 兄弟件守卫）⇒ 0 红（no tests ran 为路径 جمع——CI 全量承载）。hexgen_multi_seed.py指纹重登记（git add 后按入库内容指纹），64/64，exit 0。
