chore: remove Hell Let Loose card from the games page - #17

The hell-let-loose module was withdrawn on 2026-10-11 (Gameplane spec 015, OPEN-DECISIONS.md section 10). Its server files go only to Team17's licensed hosting partners, so no image can install it. Drop the card from the v0.3.0 grid in the design and in games.astro; Squad moves up and the last row is padded with a spacer so the grid closes without a gap.
