stacks/lab/README.md still said "Nothing here has ever been deployed" and "4 rules". alexander was built and the stack brought up on 2026-09-05 (#262), and ADR-0029 added three domain rules to the four (the rule file's own header says seven). Both sentences were true when written and are the #73 shape now: prose nothing checks, describing a state that moved. Housekeeping found while taking stock of the umbrella; the umbrella itself stays open behind #266 and #267. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
