The rule existed before the issue's repository half did, pointed at an alias that named its own segment, and logged gateway DNS for three days. Moved to House_Segments on 2026-09-08 and read back sixteen minutes later: 26 evaluations, 0 packets. Entry moves from Decided but not built to Done.
