The shelf switch is racked in U4 and on UPS power, done 2026-09-08. Docs follow the hardware.

Verified from the monitoring host during the move: oracle's link out at 18:33:04 UTC, back at 19:01:07; neo port 3 up with the TP-Link's uplink on it; all 22 scrape targets up within a minute of the link returning, oracle pushing again. A 45-minute silence on warning and critical covered the move and was expired afterwards. That the outlet is UPS-fed is attested by the person at the rack; the UPS cannot say which device draws from it.

Changed: hardware.md (U4 row, off-rack sentence, accessories), network.md (the TP-Link note), fit-the-ups-battery.md (status banner), docs/roadmap.md (#110 to Done, with the two accidental closes recorded), README.md (top-items sentence).

Checks: make check-docs, scripts/lint.sh.

Closes #110 — deliberately this time.

The TP-Link that prometheus and oracle hang off had no battery, so on a
mains cut the two laptops kept running and went deaf — the monitoring host
surviving the event it exists to observe and unable to report it. Racked on
the 1U vented shelf in U4 on 2026-09-08, uplink back on port 3 of neo, and
its power moved onto a UPS-fed outlet, which is the step that closes the gap.

Read from the monitoring host during the move: oracle's link down at
18:33:04 UTC, back at 19:01:07, all 22 scrape targets up within a minute of
that and oracle pushing again; a 45-minute silence on warning and critical
held for the duration and was expired by hand afterwards. That the outlet is
UPS-fed is attested by the person at the rack — the UPS cannot say which
device draws from it.

hardware.md gains the U4 row, network.md's TP-Link note and the UPS
runbook's status banner say it is done, the roadmap entry moves to Done, and
the README's top-items sentence drops the shelf. Closes #110.
