…t fixes The cold-start path a stranger follows was broken in the first minute: the party scripts were committed non-executable (fresh clone -> 'Permission denied'), the quickstart never mentioned cloning the repo, and it assumed rustup was already installed. All three fixed: scripts are +x in the index, and step 0 now installs rustup, adds the RISC-V target, and clones the repo.

Prepares the documented journey for the external stranger test. Three first-minute blockers fixed: party scripts were committed non-executable, the quickstart never mentioned cloning the repo, and it assumed rustup was installed. The README now takes a stranger from zero (no Rust, no repo) to step 1 without guessing.
