Controller regression checks, operating service definitions, and synthetic demo evidence were maintained in separate private repositories. Bring those maintenance files into this canonical public repository so development and source packaging retain their checks during consolidation. Adapt controller tests to synthetic references and run product validation and dead-code checks on pull requests and main.

Preserve the supervised demo fixture, its repair diff, and historical receipt here, and include the maintenance files in source packages. Controller and worker runtime source remains unchanged.

Validation at commit ba87b7ab269dbef3125aad41da4a85f79d9ac457:

  • Product validation passed: all 35 controller tests, Python compilation, preserved demo checks, and source-package file-hash checks.
  • Dead code passed with pinned Vulture 2.16.
  • Clean-checkout local validation passed on the same commit. The historical repair patch reproduces the original merged demo exactly.

Private histories and unfinished website evidence remain in verified local backups. Runner handover and permanent repository deletion require their separate verification and approval.
