feat(v4.8.3): instrument summary and stock-split open types - #3

- Add getInstrumentSummary for GET /v5/market/instrument-summary (linear|option, cursor paging) - execType: ForwardSplitOpen and ReverseSplitOpen. Settle variants close the entire position, then a new position opens - uta-translog: FORWARD_SPLIT_OPEN and REVERSE_SPLIT_OPEN. Settle descriptions note the 2026-10-13 changelog; the enum glossary still says fractional share settlement - JSDoc: getMaxBorrowableAmount maxLoan can be "0" when spot margin is off or no collateral coins are enabled (staff-confirmed, undocumented) - JSDoc: spot minOrderQty is deprecated; minOrderAmt is the minimum that applies (staff-confirmed: 1 USDT broker/CCXT, 5 USDT direct API) Co-authored-by: Jerko J <JJ-Cro@users.noreply.github.com>
