- Added preferences to hide the additional DCC-EX mDNS services.
- No longer show the protocol option on the connection screen if DCC-EX is selected in the wizard.
- Always set the protocol option to 'Auto' even if DCC-EX is not selected in the wizard.
- Now displays the protocol capabilities of the servers in the connections list
