Adds a thin, optional launcher for the standalone hivemind-admin-panel package instead of bundling an admin UI in core: - --with-admin / --admin-host / --admin-port flags on the listen entrypoint - HiveMindService._start_admin() lazily imports hivemind_admin_panel and injects live service/db/protocol objects for real-time introspection; started early in run() so it stays reachable if the agent protocol blocks - [admin] extra now depends on hivemind-admin-panel (no fastapi/uvicorn in core) - expose the live protocol instance on the service for the panel The admin UI itself now lives in JarbasHiveMind/hivemind-admin-panel. Core has no hard dependency on it; without the extra installed, --with-admin warns and core runs normally. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Splits the admin web UI out of core. The UI itself now lives in its own repo, JarbasHiveMind/hivemind-admin-panel (AGPL-3.0); this PR keeps only a thin, optional launcher in core.
What this adds to core
--with-admin/--admin-host/--admin-portflagsHiveMindService._start_admin()— lazily importshivemind_admin_paneland injects liveservice/db/protocolfor real-time introspection; started early inrun()so the panel stays reachable even if the agent protocol blocks[admin]extra now depends onhivemind-admin-panelinstead of pullingfastapi/uvicorn/python-multipartinto coreCore has no hard dependency on the panel: without
[admin]installed,--with-adminwarns and core runs normally.Why
The previous approach (#72) bundled ~11k lines of FastAPI backend + JS SPA + a Jest suite inside core, under an AGPL header that clashed with core's Apache license and forced a license-audit exclusion. Extracting it gives the panel its own release cadence and license boundary, keeps the admin plane (pip-install / DB-migration / restart endpoints) optional and separately deployable, and keeps a Node toolchain out of the core repo.
Relationship to #72
Supersedes #72, which is ~46 commits behind
dev(pre bus-client 2.x). This branch is cut from currentdev. Suggest closing #72 once this lands.Gating
