Add standard CI/CD workflows from shared-gh-workflows skill.

JarbasAl and others added 3 commits April 2, 2026 18:40
Added comprehensive e2e test suite for HiveMind-core using hivescope:
- tests/e2e/conftest.py: Wire up hivescope fixtures
- tests/e2e/test_handshake.py: RSA, PAKE, encryption negotiation
- tests/e2e/test_message_routing.py: BUS, escalate, propagate, broadcast, shared_bus
- tests/e2e/test_acl.py: Message blacklist, skill blacklist, admin privileges

Tests verify core HiveMindListenerProtocol behavior in isolation using
TopologyBuilder and in-process shims. Covers handshake, routing, and ACL.

This is Step 7 of Phase 2: Add e2e tests to core repos.

AI-Generated Change:
- Model: claude-haiku-4-5
- Intent: Add e2e test suite for HiveMind-core using hivescope library
- Impact: 3 test files, 24 test methods covering handshake/routing/ACL
- Verified via: Import checks, syntax validation
Added pytest tests/e2e/ step to build_tests.yml. E2E tests now run on
every push and can catch regressions in core protocol behavior.

Steps:
- Install hivescope via pip
- Run pytest tests/e2e/ -v
