What I work with

I spend most of my time with Go, TypeScript, Linux, Kubernetes, Istio, containers, Helm, and GitHub Actions. I like small operational surfaces, reproducible releases, self-hosted infrastructure, and software that people can study, improve, and share.

This website follows the same approach. jmainguy.com is a Go application with TypeScript and Tailwind CSS, shipped as one embedded binary and deployed through the same reusable release system as my other projects.

Shared delivery tooling

I maintain reusable GitHub Actions and Helm infrastructure so projects can build, test, publish, and deploy consistently:

Writing

The Logbook collects notes from years of building systems, learning Linux, writing software, running communities, and living life with my family.
