Complete retained-inventory index still exceeds the 2 MiB cap for an accepted Desk collection #252

Follow-up to #243 and #250. The digest index still excludes a collection accepted by judgment-pack-desk. Paging declarations cannot resolve this case because the complete index is checked before pages are read.

Contract inspected: commit 9c5307102c003994f3cccabe927249d895d4de32, Go index reader and TypeScript reader. Both cap the complete canonical index at 2,097,152 bytes.

Synthetic reproduction family:

• 450 retained original recipe revisions, one generated record per revision.
• Each recipe has 30 text fields. Each name is f + 61 ASCII a characters + two digits 00 through 29 (64 bytes).
• Descriptions are r001 through r450; values are the JSON string "x", interpretation status, no citations.
• The same names recur across revisions, but distinct descriptions preserve distinct original declarations. Distinct supplied URLs avoid record deduplication.
• Original revision labels are prep_ + 32 ASCII c characters + :recipe: + the decimal revision.

Observed in one bounded offline Desk test:

• All 450 recipes and model-record payloads passed the real validators; all 450 journals were persisted and read.
• The collection passed the actual repository compare-and-swap and read-back: 4,920,611 bytes, below the unchanged 8,388,608-byte limit.
• A current human review of the first old-revision record, preparation selection and original-snapshot admission passed. Original snapshot: 20,642 bytes, below 524,288.
• All 450 actual original-history joins passed, retaining 13,500 exact declarations. Visible column union: 33.
• An independent encoder of the merged index representation produced 2,180,240 canonical bytes, exceeding the cap by 83,088 bytes. Index SHA-256: 276ebf66461d291efe8afb2d9f0497c19bf36dffd9bf3613fe9c0282695d0a34.

The size also follows directly from the specified ASCII shape: 98 + 4842*N + sum(decimal_digits(1..N)); at N=450 this is 2,180,240. Even assigning one byte to each revision label leaves 2,159,198 bytes, so shortening host revision identities cannot repair this family.

Evidence scope: this executed Desk admission and independently serialized the source-pinned index format. It did not execute Agent v0.12.0, install moving-main code, rerun the known v0.11.0 factory failure, or call a live model. The upstream rejection is inferred from the verified index length and both merged readers' explicit cap.

Please provide a bounded complete-inventory representation that covers the accepted host domain and add paired Go/TypeScript coverage for this family and its bounds. Preserve every original revision, ordered field name and exact declaration digest; dropping history, clipping declarations or narrowing accepted Desk collections would not satisfy the compatibility requirement. Recheck the complete snapshot/candidate/draft envelopes as well as individual pages. Desk will qualify the released package separately.
