The dependency audit fails on every pull request since 2026-10-28 for GHSA-rmxm-3fg6-px4f (moderate): @hono/node-server serveStatic decodes the request path a second time, which bypasses middleware on static paths; patched in 2.1.3. The package arrives through @modelcontextprotocol/sdk (^1.19.9 || ^2.0.5), so the lockfile alone moves it: 2.1.1 → 2.1.5, integrity checked against the registry. No other lockfile entry and no package manifest changes; npm audit --package-lock-only reports 0 vulnerabilities.

The MCP SDK pulls @hono/node-server (^1.19.9 || ^2.0.5); 2.1.1 is inside the
advisory's range (serveStatic decodes the request path twice, bypassing
middleware on static paths; patched in 2.1.3). Only the lockfile entry moves;
the dependency audit passes on the lockfile.

Only the package's metadata record moves (version, integrity, the package.json
evidence digest), refreshed from the locked install; every other record is
unchanged.
