The public /privacy and /terms pages fetch and render PRIVACY.md and TERMS.md from the
KoelLabs/.github repository on each request. GitHub remains
the source of truth for these documents; updates there are served without a website rebuild.
Install Node.js 22, then run:
npm ci
npm run devOpen localhost:3000. No database, authentication service, or inference
server is required. The optional contact form uses the settings in .env.example.
