Cleanup: remove tracked scratch files from frontend/ #11
Description
git rm these tracked scratch files: frontend/fix_motion.py, frontend/fix_motion2.py, frontend/fix_motion3.py, frontend/test_results.txt, frontend/test_output.txt, frontend/final_test_results.txt. Add ignore patterns only if they'd naturally reappear (test output). Nothing else.

Verified: 789ae96 (PR #15) rm 6 scratch files + .gitignore; main CI run 35947819990 success (Frontend Tests pass); no doc refs remain.
