Summary

  • Install one skill, agent or hook: install-skills.sh --skill <name> (repeatable) / install-skills.ps1 -Skill a,b, plus --list-skills; pulls only what it strictly needs (agents it spawns, files it links), skips companions it only suggests
  • New test installs every entry alone and fails on any dangling reference; pr-watch and find-me-a-skill now say what they do when a companion isn't installed
  • Each README says "Works on its own." or "Needs: …"; each site page shows its own one-line install
  • Windows checks in Git Bash + PowerShell 5.1 (switch, planner, spend-guard, pair, unknown name)
