Summary

  • Final docs pass before launch: every README, CONTRIBUTING, site README and workflow text made plain and short; same facts
  • Stale facts fixed: switch pre-switch notes, score-loop example math, lanes step size, sitrep and session-bridge wording, site README fields/levels; broken links fixed; leftover internal decision ids removed
  • Agent Needs lines name the guard-git hook every agent install brings (generator + test)
