Fixes floating-window focus handling.
Previously - when activating a floating window from another workspace, the reconciliation code selects the workspace and its floating layer, but doesn鈥檛 update the selected floating-window index. Which results in workspace switching, but wrong window appearing on foreground. Fix addresses that and now selecting app/window from windows taskbar from another workspace results in selected window correctly showing.
