feat: add dark-mode-contrast rule (WCAG AA on inline pairs) - #55

Adds darkModeContrast to the quality toolkit. It scans inline style attributes for color/background pairs, computes the WCAG contrast ratio, and reports pairs below 4.5:1. Short hex forms are expanded. The rule runs as part of lintEmail and is exported for direct use. The Light/Dark preview already exists; this rule analyses the CSS itself so it does not depend on the frame's color-scheme.
