Adds
Arena::vacant_entry. This is a successor to #54 and only adds the ability to get an Entry without providing a key.I will add two more follow up PRs which require this one.
The only difference between this PR and #54 is that
Arena::next_indexis kept private.@mikwielgus I have moved here.
