Replace the icon-rail sidebar + topbar with one horizontal masthead, add a serif/sans type pairing, and restyle the homepage, dashboard, documents, and analytics pages — same colour tokens throughout, no palette changes.
logout() cleared React auth state before the real Keycloak redirect fired; ProtectedRoute reacted to that first (a same-tick re-render beats the pending page navigation) and client-side-routed to /login, whose own auto-login effect overwrote the logout redirect every time. Also replaces the extra loadUserProfile() REST call (a second failure point) with reading the already-issued ID token's claims, and removes the unused local-JWT auth path (api/auth.js, the authProvider localStorage flag) now that Login/Register are Keycloak-only.
Move deploy logic into scripts/deploy-ec2.sh, add health checks and Docker fallback, validate required secrets, and document the SSM-based CI/CD setup. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
SSM commands run as root by default, which often cannot access Docker on EC2. Generate the remote bootstrap with a helper script, verify the instance is SSM- online, and make APP_ENV_FILE_B64 optional when .env already exists on the host. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
