docs: re-record the demo against the published 1.0.0 - #52

The demo was captured before the first-user fixes landed. Re-running the same capture script against the same project with the published build shows the tool now finds twice as many criticals: direct_db_in_route 8 -> 16 (local-file hop: `db` from @/lib/db) direct_db_in_page 2 -> 4 client_data_fetching 4 -> 1 (precision fix) total 24 -> 31, critical 10 -> 20 The old recording said "24 violations (10 critical)". That was true of the build it was captured from and is not true of the build on npm. Same capture pipeline, same truth gate: ✓ captures/architect (architect dark): props-dark.json reproducible. The demo was captured before #50/#51 landed. Re-running the same capture script against the same project with the published 1.0.0 build:
