…ule count The landing page listed the rules twice (a sparse grouped layout in Principles, then a table in BuiltInSkills). Keep one section: the Principles header with the compact table as its body. The headline said "Ten rules" while the table listed eleven; check reports eleven rule ids, so the hero, how-it-works, docs overview, and README now all say eleven, matching the generated llms.txt. Quickstart's hand-written terminal mock-up is replaced by the real demo recording (moved from docs/ into ui/public/ so Vercel serves it) as a full-width <video controls> so it can be paused and scrubbed. Page title and description still described the pre-1.0 skill installer; they now describe the linter.
