Expose the formal Second Classroom participation fields in CLI details: registration-information requirements, online meeting details, accepted attachments, organizer/contact metadata, and explicitly named upstream IDs/codes.
Human-readable output renders descriptions and participation notes as plain text, joins metadata arrays, and hides empty values while retaining known zero/false values. JSON/JQ output retains the complete unmodified server payload.
Regenerate OpenAPI from merged server commit ab9b081321c23c2538686f05c11c9a7520160396 (server#1119) and update provenance.
Validation: full go test ./... passes; focused display tests verify HTML decoding, array formatting, zero/false preservation and unchanged raw output. CI build, lint and CodeQL pass.
