Update the README's interface-hierarchy link to the canonical YAML policy introduced by Life-USTC/server#1138. This follows the documentation migration without keeping an obsolete Markdown compatibility copy.
Validation: one-line link-only diff and
git diff --check; the target exists in the server migration. Merge after server#1138 so the new main-branch URL resolves.
