LOU-U12 (#37) made a thrown tool error reach the model as
{ error, toolName, message }. LOU-U2's contract test (#33) still expected{ error: message }, so four contract tests failed on main after both merged. Fixtures updated to the new shape.Verified locally on main + this change:
