PR #46 (MCP robustness) was built on a stale base and its squash deleted the skills feature merged in #44 (src/skills/*, docs/skills.md, the skills option on createAgent/execute()). This re-applies commit 376959f unchanged.

Verified on current main + this change: tsc clean, lint 0 errors, both builds, npm run test:coverage passing, npm run fallow exit 0, docs snippets pass.

Adds src/skills: defineSkill() (validated name/description/content),
loadSkills(dir) (dir/<name>/SKILL.md and dir/<name>.md layouts, YAML
frontmatter, sorted, file-naming errors, duplicate detection) and wiring.

When createAgent({ skills }) or AgentExecutor.execute({ skills }) is used,
a compact "Available skills" block (name + description per skill) is appended
to the system prompt and a load_skill tool (built with defineTool) is
registered; it returns the full body, or a tool error listing valid names for
an unknown skill. Bodies stay out of the prompt until loaded. A user tool
named load_skill is rejected with a clear error. The caller's agent and
ToolRegistry are not mutated.

Docs: docs/skills.md, README bullet + docs link, api-overview section.
