Fixes audit finding DX-4 (Vercel competitor audit, 2026-10-19).

What was wrong

Building pause-for-approval, restart, resume took lookups across three long pages (sessions, approvals, durable-execution).

What changed

• New docs/pause-and-resume.md: needsApproval tool, durable SqliteStore, send pauses with 'awaiting-approval', new-process approvals.list()/resolve(), crash recovery with pending()/resume()/recover() and at-least-once semantics, HTTP Idempotency-Key with a link to deployment.md.
• One See also line each in approvals.md, sessions.md, durable-execution.md.
• Regenerated llms.txt / llms-full.txt.
• No nav config exists in this repo (the Mintlify site lives in a separate repo, generated from these docs), so there is nothing to edit here.

Tests

Docs-only. npx tsx scripts/verify-docs-snippets.ts docs/pause-and-resume.md: all 4 snippets type-check and run. vitest scripts/docs-links.test.ts and scripts/llmsTxt.test.ts pass; docs:llms:check passes. Did not run the code-level suites (no code changed).
