Fixes audit finding OPS-3 (Vercel competitor audit, 2026-10-19).

What was wrong

deployment.md said run a single instance per SQLite file; sessions.md said the store is shared safely by several processes. Both were partly true.

What changed

  • New canonical section 'Sharing a SQLite file' in docs/sessions.md: supported (several processes on one host, local disk, WAL, run leases, 409 + Retry-After on a busy session), not supported (NFS/EFS/SMB, multiple hosts; implement SessionStore/CheckpointStore/ApprovalStore over Postgres/Redis, no shipped network store), clock/PID caveats.
  • deployment.md, approvals.md, pause-and-resume.md, the sessions.md store table and durable-execution.md run leases now say the same in one line and link to it.
  • Corrected the '5 s busy timeout' bullet: the driver waits 50 ms and the async retry backoff totals about 5 s, then LOUSHO_STORAGE_BUSY (src/storage/sqlite/connection.ts).

Tests

Docs-only. docs:llms regenerated; docs:llms:check, docs-links/llmsTxt/verifyDocsSnippets vitest (96 passed) and verify-docs-snippets --source-only (337 snippets) pass.

Changelog: Docs: one consistent statement on sharing a SQLite store (same host and local disk yes; network filesystems and multiple hosts no).
