Third step of the Agent Forge revamp: a route table (src/screens/routes.tsx) replaces the Build/Observe toggle. #/agents is the builder; #/traces, #/monitoring (fleet + insights) and #/evals/scores show the Observe panels driven by the URL; Playground/Threads/Prompts/Context Hub get placeholders and Settings shows the settings panel. Run/Stop/Import/Export/Save/Debug only appear on Agents. Empty or unknown hashes go to #/agents without touching the query string.

Ticket: F3 (Forge Observe vs LangSmith evaluation follow-up)

Changes

  • feat(studio): route table; Build controls only on Agents

Verification: focused vitest, tsc --noEmit, eslint on changed files (details in the review package); full suite and fallow run in CI.

src/screens/routes.tsx maps every hash route to a screen; an empty hash or
unknown route is replaced by #/agents (hash only, so ?token= survives).
Traces/Monitoring/Scores drive ObserveView's panel from the route with its
tab strip hidden; Monitoring shows Insights under the fleet table. The
remaining nav destinations get a shared Placeholder; #/settings renders the
existing SettingsPanel. The builder moved to screens/AgentsScreen.tsx.

The Build/Observe switch and AppState's `view` are gone. Off #/agents the
Topbar shows only the screen name and the live run status. The narrow
"Observe surface" menu entry now navigates to #/traces.
