defineEval trajectory evals can run over a dataset stored in the observe daemon (dataset: 'name'), failing loudly with LOUSHO_DATASET_UNAVAILABLE when it cannot be fetched.

Ticket: O22 (Forge Observe vs LangSmith evaluation follow-up)

Changes

  • feat(evals): run evals over a registry dataset

Verification: focused vitest, tsc --noEmit, eslint on changed files (details in the review package); full suite and fallow run in CI.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

defineEval({ dataset: 'name' }) fetches every example of a dataset from
the observe daemon (LOUSHO_OBSERVE, paged, 10 s per request) at vitest
collection inside an async describe and registers one test per example,
labelled #1, #2, ... Any fetch failure, a 404 or an empty dataset fails
the eval with the new LOUSHO_DATASET_UNAVAILABLE; cases + dataset is
LOUSHO_EVALS_INVALID; a tag-filtered dataset eval skips without a fetch.
