Studio gets annotation queues: queue list, a one-trace review view with rubric scores (Enter submit, S skip) and Add to queue on the trace header.

Ticket: F22 (Forge Observe vs LangSmith evaluation follow-up)

Changes

  • fix(studio): read the daemon's add-to-queue answer as arrays
  • feat(studio): annotation queues

Verification: focused vitest, tsc --noEmit, eslint on changed files (details in the review package); full suite and fallow run in CI.

#/evals/queues lists the annotation queues (pending/done/skipped counts,
created) with a "New annotation queue" form and rubric editor;
#/evals/queues/:id is the review view: the next pending item's trace in the
shared TraceViewer beside one numeric input per rubric entry. Submit (Enter)
posts the scored entries and loads the next item; Skip (S, ignored while
typing) posts status skipped. A 409 toasts and moves on; a 204 shows the
"Queue is empty" state. The trace header gains "Add to queue", sharing a
HeaderPopover shell with "Add to dataset". The proxy allowlists the three
queue writes; observeStub serves queue fixtures for the axe scans.

POST /api/v1/queues/:id/items answers { added: ItemRow[], skipped_existing:
string[] }, not counts, so "The trace is already in X." never showed. Type
it as arrays and branch on added.length; the test stub returns the real shape.
