recordSpanError, recordToolOutcome and withSpan now run the error message (attrs.error and status.message) through the run's redactContent choice; error.type is kept. The scrubber also catches case-insensitive Bearer, Stripe sk/rk live+test keys, Slack xox tokens, Google AIza keys and JWTs. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Error messages were recorded on spans unscrubbed, so a token in a provider or tool error reached traces, exports, evaluator payloads and judge prompts; error text now follows redactContent, and the scrubber covers more key shapes.
