Ticket: D2 (Agent Forge Studio redesign, audit/forge-redesign/PLAN.md)

  • feat(studio): nav icons, collapsible icon rail and a collector status card
  • feat(studio): PageHeader and a shell ScreenHeader on every non-Agents screen

Verification: focused vitest, tsc --noEmit, eslint, affected Playwright specs, light + dark screenshots reviewed; full suite and fallow run in CI.

… screen

ui/PageHeader is a presentational page header (h1 title, status, description,
breadcrumbs, actions). The shell's ScreenHeader fills in the active nav label
and the live run status; ScreenFrame renders it in place of the old top bar,
and a screen can render its own ScreenHeader to replace the default. Its h1 is
now the page's h1 off Agents.

… card

Nav items get lucide icons, a logo mark, the SDK version tag and a redesigned
active state. Docked, the nav collapses to a 56px icon rail (remembered in
localStorage forge.nav.collapsed); the narrow drawer is unchanged. The
collector line becomes a compact status card with a dot and the daemon URL.

… shared --page-gutter

.nav-rail ul's margin reset outranked .nav-footer's margin-top: auto, so the
footer floated under Assets. --page-gutter (24px, 16px narrow) on the shell
drives PageHeader's horizontal padding. The throwing-storage test restores its
mocks in afterEach.
