fix(studio): live run status on every screen header - #799

ScreenHeader always renders the live run StatusPill (the page's one
run-status region) at the right end of the title row; a screen's `status`
prop now only adds its own chips before it (Playground's prompt chip,
a prompt's label chips). Drops every `status={null}` (Playground,
Prompts, Hub, Settings, Traces, Trace, Threads, Thread, Monitoring,
Evaluations), so leaving Agents mid-run no longer hides the run.
Tests: ScreenHeader unit tests for chips-then-pill order and a single
status region; a studioUx e2e that runs a mock agent, opens Prompts and
finds the run status in its header; an x-live-status docShots review shot.

…ow wraps With screen chips (a prompt's labels, Playground's prompt chip) the live run pill sits behind a hairline divider and its tooltip reads "Last builder run: <status>" (accessible name unchanged). The title row and the status cluster wrap, so a long title or many labels push the chips under the title instead of squeezing it; the divider and pill wrap as one. Non-Agents screens lost the live run status region in the redesign (status={null}); the header now always shows the run pill, and a screen's chips sit before it, set apart by a divider.
