chore: Renovate 導入 (npm 更新を1グループ化) + pnpm update - #24

npm マネージャーの更新を単一グループ ("npm dependencies") にまとめて
PR を作成する。major は separateMajorMinor のデフォルト挙動により
"npm dependencies (major)" として別 PR に分割される。
- webpack ^5.107.2 -> ^5.108.4 - pnpm (packageManager) 11.8.0 -> 11.13.0 - node runtime engine ^24.17.0 -> ^24.18.0 - 推移的依存 (postcss, browserslist, caniuse-lite など) を更新

Renovate を導入し、npm 依存の更新を単一グループ PR にまとめる設定を追加します。あわせて、既に実行済みの
