Quest 7 sends bots toward Rabbit entry 721, but the ownership observer subscribed only to entries 6, 38, 69, and 299. The hour capture could therefore retain an approach without the Rabbit's health, tag, life, or spawn evidence.
Add entry 721 to the observer's exact creature set and its generated entity and spawn queries. Declared Rabbits remain outside bot movement accounting, and an undeclared NPC still refuses the observation. The ownership evidence schema and the 256 MiB compressed archive limit remain unchanged.
Validation:
The source-bound observer binary has SHA-256
